SolEx ist ein Spaltspektrograph mit dem die Sonne abgescannt wird. Man l\u00e4sst die Sonne \u00fcber den Spalt des Spektrographen wandern und nimmt w\u00e4hrenddessen ein Video auf. Von diesem Video wird mit einer speziellen Software ein Bild der Sonne in beliebiger Wellenl\u00e4nge generiert.
